Hi! My name is Dr. Wendolly Escobar and I proudly serve as the Founder and CEO of Transformative Conversations, LLC.
I am a woman of faith, wife, mom, friend, and proud daughter of immigrant parents from El Salvador. I am my ancestors' wildest dreams.
I believe that relationships can serve as a powerful catalyst for change. Part of my purpose on this earth is to leave behind a better place for the generations that follow. The work that I do through Transformative Conversations is my daily attempt to do just that.
Our Approach
Transformative Conversations was founded on a simple belief: transformation doesn't just happen. It's catalyzed in conversation. When people are given the space to grapple with hard questions, listen to each other, and show up with vulnerability, that's when real change begins. That belief drives every learning experience we create.

We seek to create psychologically safe and relationship-centered spaces to support open communication and learning.

We foster spaces that facilitate people's sharing of the genius that lives inside of them. We believe that collaborative learning leads to sustainable change.

We model vulnerability as a core component of learning. Because we know that all learning is social and emotional, we welcome the bright spots and the challenges that come with social dynamics and being emotional beings

We lead with a joyful spirit and seek to infuse our learning spaces with laughter, encouragement, celebration, and love. We set the atmosphere for learning to flourish.
